Beta terms

Permission to use and share the beta

The owner grants you permission to download and use Rocket League Tracker free of charge, and to redistribute the original installer free of charge, unchanged and with its included notices intact. The owner retains ownership of the app. This permission does not provide access to the application source code or grant permission to modify or sell the app.

This is a permission for the application, not an open-source license. Third-party components remain governed by their own licenses, including any rights those licenses grant to use, modify, or redistribute those components. These terms do not restrict those separate rights or rights that applicable law does not allow us to restrict. See the third-party notices included with the distribution. Game assets, names, and trademarks remain subject to their owners’ rights.

Beta limitations

The app is an evolving beta. Capture can be incomplete, delayed, unavailable, or incorrect. It records games it observes while running and cannot reconstruct earlier games. Scoreboard statistics are not coaching judgments, and this app does not guarantee an official or exact rating.

Review uncertain results and keep backups before upgrades, restoring data, or deleting files. Features, compatibility, and availability can change. Proposed analytics, teammate trends, and AI ideas are not a promise of delivery or a release date.

Use responsibly

Use the tracker in accordance with applicable law and the game/platform rules that apply to you. Do not use the site or support channels to distribute malicious content, expose someone else’s private information, or misrepresent this project as an official service. Only share exports, screenshots, and other material you are entitled to share.

Setup may change a local Rocket League API setting after your confirmation and create a backup. Read the setup prompts and restart the game if requested. The tracker does not guarantee that third-party game policies or compatibility will stay unchanged.

External services and optional support

GitHub hosts downloads and public issues. AWS hosts the primary website. Buy Me a Coffee handles optional support separately under its own terms. Supporting the creator does not unlock tracker features or buy a promise of future development. See the Privacy notice for local data, hosting logs, and third-party processing.

Availability and responsibility

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the beta app and website are provided as available, without promises of uninterrupted service, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose. The maintainer is not responsible for losses caused by reliance on incomplete beta records or for third-party services, to the extent the law permits that exclusion.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits rights, remedies, warranties, or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. These terms do not require arbitration, choose a court or jurisdiction, or waive mandatory consumer rights.
